Drink up!
Bethany never drank formula so we never learned how to mix up bottles. Tom and I were discussing this yesterday and he said, "Maybe we should practice. Kind of like, 'Ok, here's your son, now feed him.' "
Anyone got a can of Chinese baby formula sitting around I can practice with?
I sure hope someone in China tells us what to buy or else our little guy may end up drinking seafood flavored gatorade from the local Chinese Wal-Mart.
On a related note, we had some watermelon flavored coca cola from China at Epcot Saturday and it was delicious. We took a picture so we can try and find it in China. Perhaps Caleb would like some of that? ; )

Your son is adorable!
At 19+months, he may no longer be on formula--it is ahrd to say. Our first daughter was still on formula at 16-months-- she was also eating table food and began giving up her formula schedule while in China. I think because she was getting more table food than she usually got. She still wanted it at night to go to sleep and it was easy enough to give her a bottle in the morning to tide her over until breakfast. You can try looking at yahoo groups for your son's SWI and asking other parents what type of formula their kids were given. Some of them can be purchased in the US and you can take it with you. Sometimes the SWI will give you a little bit of formula to have so you have time to get it yourself.
I do hope the SWI gives us a little formula until we can get some. That would be nice.
